Why it matters

An assistant that can't see your business can't help much.

AI is only as good as what it knows. Without your customers, orders, schedules and documents, even the best model gives generic answers.

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard for connecting AI to data and tools, and most major AI assistants support it. Build the connection once and any of them can use it, so you're not tied to one vendor.

What changes

  • Answers based on your real, current data
  • Assistants that can look things up and get things done in your tools
  • One connection that works with many AI assistants
  • Access that follows the permissions your people already have

What we build

Everything AI needs to reach your systems

MCP servers
Safe access to your systems and data, for your team or for your customers.
Connectors
Links between AI and the apps, databases and older systems you rely on.
Agent workflows
Assistants that handle multi-step work across systems, and check with a person before important steps.
Knowledge access
Assistants that find answers in your documents and show where they found them.
Security
Sign-in, permissions, usage limits and a record of every request, from day one.
Ongoing care
Monitoring and updates, so everything keeps working as you grow.

Experience

We build MCP into our own platforms.

ReservaLive, ReservaHome and LocalTrial each include an MCP server. Customers sign in with the account they already have and can ask an AI assistant about their own reservations, bookings or studies. Each person sees only what their role allows.

Jorge Garcia, the engineer behind AVAIA, helped architect the MCP framework of a global workforce-management software company. We bring what we learned there, and from our own platforms, to your project.
