Where we're going

AI that works with your business, not beside it.

We believe the next few years will change how every company works. Assistants and agents will answer questions, prepare work and take action across the tools a business already uses.

For that to happen, AI has to be connected to your data, your systems and your people's permissions. Open standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) make that possible, and we think they'll become the glue between AI and the rest of the business.

Most companies can see this shift coming but aren't sure where to start. AVAIA is here to help them move: finding where AI can help, connecting it safely, and helping teams make it part of their day.

We're also building our own platforms, ReservaLive, ReservaHome and LocalTrial, designed from the start to work with AI assistants. Building them keeps our advice practical.

How we work

What you can expect from us

Your goals first
We start from what you want to achieve, not from a model or a tool.
Straight answers
We'll tell you when AI isn't the answer, or when something simpler will do.
We build what we recommend
The people who advise you are the people who build. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.

Who is behind AVAIA?

Hi, I'm Jorge.

AI is changing how every business works, and companies deserve better than hype or guesswork to get there.

I've spent more than 20 years building software. Most recently I helped architect the MCP framework of a global workforce-management software company, and before that I built the platform services that integrated the company's legacy workforce systems with its modern applications. Connecting AI to the systems a business already runs is the work I enjoy most.

When you work with AVAIA, you work with me directly. I'll tell you plainly where AI can help, and where it can't.
